To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund.
To complete your return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Return Authorization number. Please be sure to include the return number with your return.
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
* Items purchased in-person or at markets
* Custom Orders
* Instagram Sales
* Wholesale Orders
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the return status.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take your bank 3-5 business days to reflect a refund amount and even sometimes a billing cycle for credit cards. For international payments, it may take 7-15 business days. For exact refund processing times, please contact your bank.
Items on Sale or Discounted Orders
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded as well as discounted orders.
In-Person Sales & Market Sales
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.
Wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for any returns whatsoever.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received damaged or defective item, you will be reimbursed for the return shipping cost. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item as (although rare) it's possible it could get lost in the mail.
