USPS Priority Mail parcels should reach you within 2-5 business days (this applies to the lower 48 states) and 5-7 business days for Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.
For international orders, we use DHL Worldwide. DHL typically delivers within 5 business days. Please note we are not responsible for any duties or fees that might occur.
Expediting may be possible. If you would like to expedite your order, or need your order by a specific time frame, please contact us before placing your order so that we can ensure your order reaches you in time.
We ship all rugs via Fedex Ground for U.S. orders. For international orders we use DHL Worldwide. This is to ensure your rug arrives safely and in a timely manner.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays resulting in weather or carrier errors. We apologize in advance for any such delays and will work diligently with our carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and in timely manner.
Please be aware that mail carriers will attempt to deliver your parcel approximately 3 times. After the 3rd attempt, the parcel will be returned to sender and you will be refunded minus the shipping cost. If you are not able to receive your parcel, each carrier offers parcels to be held at “Will Call” for your convenience. You might also be able to arrange a specific delivery day.
